The Ciù Ciù wine tasting was a success. It was held in Milan and followed by cooking show star chef Belgian Kobe Desramaults. Location of special tasting was the Food Genius Academy.
The event was attended by journalists of the most important publications in the food industry, fashion, lifestyle as well as critics, sommeliers and wine industry professionals. Among them also the journalist and presenter Jo Squillo and the astrologer Antonio Capitani. The owner of the Ciù Ciù Walter Bartolomei introduced the wines that were matched to the special menu created for the occasion: the sparkling Merlettaie Brut variety Pecorino, Passerina IGP Evoè, Pecorino Offida D.O.C.G. Merlettaie, Rosso Piceno Superiore D.O.P. Gothic, red Offida D.O.C. Esperanto. Among the chef’s brigade of cooking school also Federica’s bows, a competitor of the last edition of MasterChef Italy.
